I received my first filter order today, and I am very pleased! No problems at all. I inspected each filter and they all look to be quality made. The order arrived well packaged and very quickly. The filters fit perfectly (better than any filter I've used before)! I'm thrilled to have the subscription auto ship option so it's one less thing for me to remember. Thank you, Filter King!

I recently had a filter tray replaced and bought a dozen filters from Filter King to fit only to learn a week later the wrong tray was installed; it was going to be replaced and I'd needed a different filter size! What?!! Matthew understood my dilemma and provided a solution I didn't expect. With that, he earned my business forevermore and I will sing Filter King's praises to everyone I know!

This is my first time ordering filters from Filter King and I purchased the wrong size filters. I emailed customer service explaining my error. Immediately I received a response from Ray Laguna in customer service who assured me it was not a problem he would ship out the correct size and there was no need for me to send back the incorrect size he suggested I donate them. What a wonderful company no fuss no hassle just complete satisfaction. Not common in today’s world. I highly recommend Filter King and will to my New neighbors. Thank you.

Finding the right size and ordering the right product was super simple. After making a mistake and ordering the wrong size, Ray was a big help in resolving the issue and had the right ones sent to me right away. Great customer service and great product.
