company sends way too many emails about deals they're running, but they do run some pretty good deals which make their prices very competitive. Have been using them for about 3 years and their products work well. Orders come correct, fast, and in good condition. customer for life.

I felt like I was dealing with an old- fashioned hometown hardware store where items are explained and they go out of their way to please you. I can say that because I screwed up the order, twice. I ordered a 6pk of filters and accidently ordered the wrong size (the website doesn't like when you "tab" between the size drop downs, FYI). I reached out and within a few hours heard from Matthew who took care of the issue before even emailing me back. I was surprised that they didn't request the incorrect sized filters back and he said to donate them.
