Filter KingReviews of filterking.com

Filter King has the biggest choice of filters and got great reviews so I ordered from them and am so glad I did. I made a mistake in measuring and emailed them and Matthew Illanes responded on a Sunday and was so kind and fixed the issue for me immediately. The response time and kindness was amazing & refreshing. Thank you!

Somehow the size of filter o ordered was wrong...I reached out to filter king to explain and with help.from Ray Laguna they shipped the right size no charge the next. I have bought filters from Filter King before and no.one matches their customer service. A customer for life.

When my package was delivered damaged I thought here we go again. However Ray resolved my problem quickly and efficiently within 24 hours. He reshipped a replacement immediately.

Ray did a great job of getting me my replacement filters.

I had to return my MERV 11's because they were soooo noisy. Ray and Matthew were great responding to the issue and agreed to send me 4 MERV 8's at no cost after I was willing to return the 11's unused. The 8's fit fine and the noise was reduced by 1000%. The company's prompt response and LISTENING to a customer's issue is KEY. KEEP IT UP.

Friendly and happy to help. I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizer filters. I was still finishing up a previous box so took me nearly 2 months to realise. Knowing it was outside of their 30 day period, I pinged customer service about it anyway. Matthew responded promptly telling me he'd sen a replacement!

My filters order was damaged during transport/delivery such that the filters were bent and may have not sealed on installation. I got in touch with Filter King and Matthew graciously offered to send a replacement order. This is one of the best examples of great customer service ever!

Excellent customer service! I have never experienced support quite like the team at FilterKing. I sent them a text message and within a half hour, my issue was resolved... On a Sunday?! Great work to the whole team. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
