I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I messaged Ray Laguna, and he immediately got me the correct size. Ray’s customer service was top notch, and that’s hard to find these days. I would 100% recommend ordering your filters through Filter King!

They were sooo great! I by mistake ordered the wrong size and they not only fixed it but didn't even charge me for the replacement order and didn't ask the wrong product back. They did this without me even asking. Ill be a long term customer no doubt!

I recently gave a bad review regarding Filter King, I falsely thought I had ordered four filters but had actually ordered just 3. Of those 3 one was damaged. Matthew from Filter King reached out to me and most generously is making good on my complaint. This is definitely a company I feel I can trust and will be doing business with in the future.

I accidentally ordered the wrong filter, it was totally my fault, I contacted customer support and they took care of me right away. They were super accommodating! You can tell they have a customer first business!
