I ordered the wrong filter size and after notifying Filter King they are replacing with correct size for no additional cost. Thanks you Matthew for the prompt and excellent customer service.

The product is good, and customer service is bar none. They immediately replaced the shipment that was smashed and delivered by fedex similar but more smashed than ace ventura's package as the ups delivery guy. The second package was free with free priority delivery, arriving in good shape.. Good American company. made in USA! Thanks Matthew!

Filters are a Great price. They arrived very quick. Some how 2" filters were miss labeled on the box. I contacted Filter King & was taken care of by Jakie. They corrected the issue immediately. I am a very satisfied customer. 10 star service. Thank you again.

Great customer service, first time I ordered the wrong size and they corrected it before it was sent, and a second time I had to reach out to them. They also helped me tremendously. I recommend, great filters too.
