Website was incredibly easy to use, I was able to find my odd sized filters and order a years worth. Items came packed perfectly and are sturdy. After my filters arrived I realized I had made a mistake when ordering some of my smaller filters and Matthew was SO hopeful in fixing my order and mistake. The response from the help team was quick and efficient, they resolved my issue so quickly and got my order on track!

Matthew my customer service rep answered my questions & concerns very quickly. The resolution to my inquiry was more than satisfactory. Plus I think Matthew is not a bot! In my book, live customer service reps is one reason I will shop with that vendor.

First time ordering from this company. When FedEx delivered the box, there was a big hole in it! Three filters were damaged. Matthew from Filter King immediately sent 4 new undamaged filters free. Excellent job and rare these days. I will be using Filter King again.

Although the order I made was received in damaged condition Filter Responded to my notification in less than an hour. Helaman Herrarte was the agent who handled my case. A replacement order was made immediately, and I was even given a discount coupon for my next order. Filter King, and Helaman, really demonstrated outstanding customer service. I really appreciate their great service!
