Product was not actually instock as they order it from a distributor who was also out of stock. I had searched the internet for a online retailer who stocked and even tho they said they had 2 of the sinks in stock that I needed for a client.. they had none in reality. they did remove immediately the ebay posting after I mentioned this to them.

What an awesome company the customer service was excellent they helps guide me through I was looking for hard-to-find black replacement toilet seats one for around toilet and one for elongated and sure enough I found the exact ones they were beautiful nice and glossy fast delivery couldn't be happier

A serious problem with ecommerce is the lack of communication. Although we received the order it was 28 days between order confirmation and the UPS delivery at our door. After receipt of goods we received two final emails advising or order had been shipped. These folks need serious help in order fulfillment and communicating with their customers.

I got just what I ordered and it was shipped the next business day. What more can you ask for?
