I have been scammed by them. Legally money should not be taken from your account on ordering until an order is dispatched. Eyekeeper are keepers of your money. Still no refund on goods where they took my money and no goods have been sent. The email responses are full of spelling mistakes and bad English. They take money in USA dollars but it seems goods and admin are from China. I repeat. Scammers.

Excellent Customer Service... Will deal with again once the Coronavirus problem is over. Like the previous reviewer my order was delayed but this is to be expected in the present circumstances. My emails were responded to immediately and my refund was also processed immediately as the order was delayed. I found them to be very pleasant and professional and wish them all the best for their future trade.

The glasses were better than expected. Great value. They were so nice I just ordered some for my hubby. Well made. The only problem was the length of time to receive them. Was worth the wait. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service and gave me great help and advice. The Glasses are great just i accidently ordered the wrong size lense which was my own fault and offered me a a refund which was great. Thanks Claire

Would like to write a review based on the glasses themselves but 12days after ordering they are yet to arrive - Be aware if you order from Eyekepper in the UK they are a Chinese company - that said I still do not expect to wait 12 days or longer for my order - I have contacted them and they have replied that there has been a delay but still no tracking info since 25th September - it is now 3rd October - Cannot recommend anyone whose delivery is so poor
