I received my glasses in a fairly timely manner, but the strength was not as strong as the same strength I currently use. I placed a negative review and within a week, I was offered a full reimbursement or a new strength order. I chose the new strength and am very satisfied.

I ordered reading glasses on December 10, 2020. It is December 13, 2021, and they haven't arrived. The tracking number eyekeeper provided indicates that they are still in Pennsylvania. Eyekeeper provides extremely poor service and cheap, but inferior quality products. I won't order from them again and will dispute their bill on my credit card.

Do not use this company. If they are even a legitimate company. No items received and was charged over 18 dollars. Trying to get a refund but no response.

I bought 4 pairs of plus 3 glasses (my normal reading strength) however the lense quality is so poor that you cannot focus to read anything with them. I’ve requested to return them but given the fact I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery from China I doubt I will get my money back

I bought some computer glasses. excellent quality and build. Promptly sent, great value for money. I had an issue which was speedily settled, and I was answered by a great customer service department.

Finally received bifocal sunglasses after 3 weeks even though the warehouse is less than 200 miles from me. And guess what, they were NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Have sent 3 emails asking for a return label and no response even though I stayed that I wanted the correct item. At this point I will call them and if not immediately satisfied, will tell American Express that I won’t be paying that item on my bill. Hopefully they will get a reaction.

This is a fine product, very reasonably priced, which arrived promptly. Two little problems: (a) The pricing was in USD - this raised the spectre of a substantial minimum exchange commission, but that didn't happen. (b) The website they sent for tracking was described by my IT security stuff as likely to lead to major problems, so I didn't use it. I wrote to Eyekepper about these matters, but received something which didn't in any way address them.
