This was my second time ordering my lens from eyeglassdirect. They website is easy to navigate vs some of the other online lens sites. When I got my second pair of glasses, I couldn't see with them. I went back to my eye doctor an he noticed my scripts had a error. I called an spoke with Mr. Randy. whom is a great guy. Randy told me to just return them and it will be taken care of under the guarantee. As long as Eyeglassdirect is in business I'll be doing business here!!!! One happy customer!!!!!

I love the titanium frames, have bought several through Eyeglassdirect.com. They responded to my questions and produced a good set of glasses. Note that it did take a while for the glasses to be produced and delivered (in my case about 2 weeks), but they were exactly what I wanted at a good price.
