I only received one pair of the two pairs of glasses I ordered. I tried contacted customer service multiple times with no response.

The glasses I bought had one arm that was very difficult to close. I called to report the issue and was told a shipping label would be sent to me so I can return the glasses for repair. I never received the label or any word from the company.
