Shipped with the wrong frames. Slow to respond to e-mail. Re-used shipping label when sent back to me, so I couldn't track the glasses back to me.

I really like the sales guy named Randy who is nice, friendly, and helpful to work with. He makes me feel like a valued customer and he isn't pushy to hurry me off the phone like to say, all I care about is the money. He tales the time to make sure I get exactly what I want with my order for new glasses Instead of making me feel rushed. Randy makes me feel like he honestly cares about me as a person and that's why I keep purchasing my glasses year after year when and if my prescription changes. I really do enjoy calling Randy when I have the need to. Thanks!
