Both pairs of my glasses arrived in new protective cases, with an eyeglass cloth and cleaning fluid. I need to take my reading glasses to my regular eye doctor to get adjusted to better fit my face, but otherwise the new lenses are the correct prescription strength. So for $68, I got a pair of reading and distance glasses with my two old frames. I highly recommend using this company to save money. High quality work.
