My local company was unable to make my rimless glasses due to the high perscription, so I gave your company my perscription. I was very satisfied with the cost and finished product. I was wary that the fit would not work ordering on line, but it was perfect. I would have given 5 stars, but the frame itself (for my order since they are rimless, it is just the nose piece and the bows) was not of the same quality that I am accostumed to receiving.

I was so thrilled with my first purchase...I went on and order 2 more. Overall using this company I saved A LOT. All glasses were perfect and to my specifications and arrived quite timely...all the way to Hawaii.

I've had Eyeglassdirect make replacement lenses for my frames at least five times over a number of years. They've always done good work -- or, in the one case where the axis was off (lenses for astigmatism need to be just right) they recognized and provided a replacement lens without any fuss (unlike my experience with a local provider, which refused to acknowledge their error until I revisited my ophthalmologist).

It was very difficult to tell how the glasses would look and fit based on the description and images on the site. The measurements provided are not clear. I had to do a LOT of shaping of the frame to get it to fit because the measurements were not what I expected. The glasses are generally good, but become quite uncomfortable after a few hours of wear. Finally, there was no cleaning cloth included in the shipment as promised. I inquired via email and was promised again that one would be sent; it never arrived. Inexpensive product compared to local optometry offices, but not the greatest overall experience.

Very pleased with the help in replacing lenses in a set of frame I had. When I called they helped me understand the process as I had never ordered glasses on line. Was pleased with the sunglasses /lense.
