I've ordered several pairs of glasses from tis vendor. Only once a problem, and that was because I ordered glasses too big for me. Progressives are perfect. I've gotten progressives at Costco before and they weren't correct, even with a staff person doing measurements. No such problems with eyeglassdirect. Easy to order, competitive pricing, arrives promptly.

Good service.

Personable and easy to work with. However, this was my second pair of glasses and both took quite a bit longer than expected. The glasses were the brand and were made to order. The case provided was good quality as well.

Great experience with this company! I had a issue with my prescription (from the eye doctor’s end) and they replaced my eyeglass prescription at a discount! Super great company and I get compliments all the time with my new glasses. You can’t go wrong for the price! A +

It worked fine for me. It was quick, they communicated by email, all worked fine, as expected. I replaced the lens on 2 pairs, and they came both as expected.
