Zero stars for this demoralizing, humiliating company, that makes you run around getting prior authorizations from the same doctors who wrote the prescriptions, and that refuses to fill life saving medication. I've never felt this terrible from interacting with an insurance provider in all my life. I am seriously considering changing jobs so I won't have to suffer from this company.

Express Scripts folks are nice. That’s why I give them 1 star. That’s where it ends. Definitely slow delivery service. Something that is not acceptable for medication. Ordered my medication June 9. They did not ship it until June 17. It is now June 25th and I still have not received it. I cannot recommend express scripts with this unacceptably slow fulfillment service.

I have to use express scripts for maintenance drugs. Had them on bill payer. 3 years ago on 11 1 I received a bill i paid that day. 2 months later they refused to fill a script because I owed 100$. I told them I paid that the day I received the bill and was immediately told NO YOU DIDN'T. I had bank statement that said I did. I paid another 100$ to get my drugs. While getting the paperwork together they caught the mistake and gave me a credit. I took my card off and said I will pay with checks from now on. But I use some over the counter drugs they discount. But even though they have a 150$ limit they refuse to send a 39 $ drug unless i pay first. Why would I give them my card number when they have screwed me over once before. I had 1 script stopped because they hadn't received a payment for $2.31. GREEDY RUDE LIARS. 4 different supervisors told me they fixed this problem and apologized but every single time it's the same bull. HOW YOU GOING TO PAY? THEY WILL SEND 80 90 100 DOLLAR DRUGS NO PROBLEM IF THEIR INSURED BUT IF ITS A CHEAP OVER THE COUNTER UNINSURED THEN ITS SCREW YOU. I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM MY NUMBER AFTER BEING CALLED A LIAR AND DOUBLE CHARGED

This company is so slow about getting meds to the customers. They send you through all kinds of loopholes and delays. I have been trying to get my meds sine June 6th and today is June 13th. I have been calling every other day and it still has not shipped. The app does not tell you what's the hold up. Something needs to be done. They don't seem to care about a person's health.

Beware. They’re gouging I paid over $250 for a three month supply of esomeperazole 40mg I can get the same medicine 20mg X 2 for a total of $75 on Amazon

I have a bad experience with this company. The medications they send me have short expiration date, so it is not as effective as the one I used to get from a physical pharmacy. Now I have to trash my medication before the expiration date on it because it is not as effective. For my last order with them, they sent me a large ointment tube with short expiration date. I communicated the company twice explaining that I use this ointment as needed and I need a medication with later expiration date in order not to waste my money trashing the tube while it's hardly used. I received weird replies not related to my inquiry. I called customer service, had to speak with 3 persons for a long period of time, explaining the issue to each one of them without any progress. Finally, I spoke to a manager/supervisor, who spoke with arrogance and did not care when I mentioned that I am not satisfied and will share my experience with other customers. Conclusion, no more Express Scripts. Will switch to another physical pharmacy to save my money and get better customer service.

This is the WORST insurance/pharmacy company I have every dealt with. If your Doctor orders you a 90 day supply they will give you 40 pills only and give you the runaround with Prior authorizations that take weeks and many calls to the doctors office every time. Now they cut my 90 day supply of insulin to 63 days because of so called managed care? They want me to pay a $150 copay each time i order. This is a scam to get me to pay more. What do they expect? That I only eat every other day to make the insulin last 90 days? Somebody needs to shut down this scam organization and put them all in jail!

You are told to have the DR. fax the prescription over to express scripts then when you check on it they say that’s the wrong fax number so you get another fax number and have your Dr. send the prescription again only to check on it and get told they don’t have it and to use this fax number…worst mail order prescription service ever.
