The part are good and the bike runs good but the only thing I didn't like that much was the shipping time the parts come

I bought a trike from them in June 2026.My daughter rode mine and ordered one for herself.In Oct I once again bought the trike out to the campsite.I started having issues with the bike and contacted them. A lady named Tina helped me out and when I say their customer service is outstanding I mean it.This company stands by their product and within 5 days my problem was resolved.I will recommend this company and their product to anyone looking for a pedal assist bikes.
