This is a great bike for the price. My son loves it. The customer service team is very customer orientated and makes sure to listen and help. It's not just a bot, it's real people. Definitely happy with my purchase

Tina, at Eskute, went out of her way to fix my problem with unresponsive batteries and chargers. She even put up with my lame attempts at humour!

Had a couple of issues when we received the bike with the controller and chain. Jill with the ESKUTE customer service team resolved both promptly! My son loves the bike. It has a lot of power! Would buy again.

Fantastic customer service. He was extremely helpful in working through this situation for my family and I and we greatly appreciate it. The Eskute e-bike that we purchased is a good product but unfortunatly didn't meet the needs we had and Simon was instrumental in helping us through this to turn the situation around for us and finding a great solution for my family. Best customer service representative that i have ever worked with.
