I bought the Commander & Knob about 2 year ago and it has been working great, but this summer the top of the Knob broke for some reason. I contacted the support and was told to send it back, and within a week I received my repaired Knob totally free of charge. They even contacted me a few weeks later to make sure that everyting works.

Customer service were very slow to respond and were very unhelpful when they did reply. I have the knob, dash and strip which are great when they work….. The knob tarnished after a few weeks and looks like acid spilled on it. Customer services response after 2 weeks “Water shouldn’t do that, send it to us and we’ll repair it for €70”. They expect me to pay 50% of the knobs original cost price plus shipping for a device that is defective and still under warranty to be repaired. Whalen questioned on the warranty and repair costs I got a very curt unhelpful reminder of the €70 repair costs. Avoid them for an easy life. The reply below is untrue, at no time was an inspection offered just a €70 repair of a few weeks old item.

I had an issue with the knob. I really appreciate how quickly and correctly they handled my request with me sending the knob back to them and within 2 days i received my knob back. Everything was taken care of smoothly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the result.

Had a problem with a broken Enhauto stalk. The company took my complaint serious and has replaced the stalk free of charge and they even took care of the transport cost. Really happy to have the stalk back in operation, consider it a safety issue as the buttons on the steering wheel are sometimes difficult to use. The functions intuitive, important in sudden complicated trafic situations. A bonus is all the other things you can use if for like the button at the end of the stalk which I use to activate/disactivate the adaptive headlights.

First of all, great product what makes driving my Tesla 3 performace a lot of fun, all the extra options with two buttons and the knob is easy yo use and easy yo install. After a while the screen in the knob was fading and needed repair, easy arranged and turn around time 4 day's ! excellent and great support.

I have S3XY buttons and the knob, had a small problem with the knob and got it repaired within a week including shipping. Super fast service.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the current enhance situation. My S3XY Strip was not working properly and actually started to disassemble itself. After contacting Enhance support, I was told that it would be replaced ASAP and that I would be placed on the priority list as soon as the updated version was ready. However, I have not received any shipping updates, nor any message letting me know that my issue is being resolved or that there is a production delay. Instead, it appears that Enhance is fully focused on pushing summer sales and shipping new S3XY Strips out to fresh customers, completely ignoring existing customers who are left dealing with defective hardware. This is simply not how a reputable company should treat its customer base.

We ordered an S3XY Dash in November 2025 and received it in May 2026. Around the end of June, the magnetic ring that holds the Dash unit to the Dash Stand detached. The Dash could therefore no longer be held in place, making the device unusable. After we contacted Enhance about the issue, they instructed us to return the product for inspection. We returned the complete device, including the Dash Stand. Before sending it back, we removed the used mounting pad from the Stand. We understood this type of adhesive pad to be intended for one-time installation and did not consider it suitable for reliable reuse after removal, particularly given the high temperatures that can occur inside a parked vehicle. The repaired device was returned without a new mounting pad. No explanation of the defect or the repair was initially provided. Only after we asked did Enhance explain in writing that an insufficient amount of adhesive had been used on some units, which could cause the MagSafe ring to detach over time. They also told us that the factory process had since been corrected and that our ring had been secured manually and tested. We also asked about the missing mounting pad, assuming that one had simply been forgotten during the repair. Support initially suggested using generic double-sided tape or, alternatively, purchasing replacement pads from them. They later explained that when the Dash Stand is included with a repair return, they normally replace its adhesive pad. We clarified that our Stand had been included and that the detached MagSafe ring was the very reason for the repair. Based on their own explanation, we therefore expected the mounting pad to have been replaced. Even after the matter was escalated to a supervisor, Enhance would only offer the replacement pad itself free of charge if we paid the additional shipping costs. The monetary value of the pad is very small. What disappointed us was the amount of correspondence required for something that could easily have been resolved during the repair. The entire case ultimately involved 17 emails from us and 17 responses from Enhance. We find the product useful overall, but our experience with the after-sales support has significantly reduced our confidence in the company.
