Terrible customer service. I wanted to return my litter box because my cat wanted nothing to do with it. I tried all the tricks. Left it turned off, put my cats litter in the box etc…. No one ever returned my email and no phone number that I could find. Then I asked a question about using other litter because someone wanted to buy it but wanted to use a certain litter and still no return email.

I bought the litter box is November, took until early January before it was delivered. The box is easy to put together but that’s about the only benefit. It is difficult to clean. There are a lot of nooks and cranies where litter and pee get in and it’s difficult to clean. In addition, the box broke after 6 months of use. The door will not shut but will start scooping and then the rake will get caught on the open door - alerting and flashing that there is a fault. This is really dangerous as the scooping will start with the door open and could cause injury to a cat. I reached out to customer service and have had the worst experience. I have sent them multiple videos of the fault and emails back and forth. The customer service agent would make an offer and then a few days later come back looking for more videos? It’s like she couldn’t keep track of the email conversation. Finally, they offered to send out replacement parts for the litter box. I confirmed my address and 2 weeks later, I’m informed they will not send replacement parts to Ireland. The offers continue as follows: -here’s a link to our website to buy the replacement parts yourself at your own expense -here’s a 60$ refund (I paid €299 for the box) -we will send you the items but you must pay for the shipping -here is a 30$ refund. I have been in contact with them for 2 months now with no plausible solution being offered. Honestly, do not buy anything from them. I should add the box came with a 1 year warranty included in the purchase. They do not respect the warranty at all - they are scammers selling an item that will not last and they will continue to test your patience when looking for help until you give up as there’s no resolution that would benefit the customer being offered.

Bought this in March and it worked for about two months. The safety door would not open or close and the rake kept getting caught on it. I have replaced the rake three times as it kept breaking. I contacted customer service and they wanted an order number, when I gave the one I received from seller on Ebay, was told it was incorrect. Wanted me to send a video of it not working with the correct order number. She was very rude when I told her I gave her the only order number I had, so I hung up on her. The only solution I could come up with was to remove the Safety Door and it would rake just fine ( there are sensors on the sides that will stop it if any cats go inside ). In the meantime Iunplug it when I'm not home and just bought a Litter Robot after wasting $300 on this piece of garbage. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing

If we could go less than one we would. Absolute expensive garbage. Customer service wanted 50 videos of the machine doing the exact same thing over and over, not working. Now we have hideous looking igloo full of litter that you have to reach into to scoop out. Might as well unplug it and set it outside for the raccoons to play in.

I think I just lost a whole lot of money buying this. I've had it for a month and it's broke. Forget customer service, it doesn't exist. I saved up to purchase this and I feel like I was robbed.

Horrible Product. Horrible Customer Service The litterbox arrived broken, it turned on but did not actually do anything after that. I checked the return policy, followed all the guidelines, contacted customer service, repacked the machine in all the original packaging.. all the things that they required and was still denied a refund or return. They instead suggested that I take videos of the product to send to them for troubleshooting. I reminded them that their website says 90 days returns for any reason and that I did not want to keep a broken product and was told that I was not allowed to return it and they would not give me an address. This is not how business should be conducted. Companies need to be liable for their word and sadly this company is a fraud. I only wish I had read all the other reviews on all the other sites that say exactly the same thing about this company. They do not stand by their product they do not stand by their word They are not somebody I would ever do business with again and I would not recommend to any of my friends, family or strangers. Cheap is always expensive and I learned my lesson the hard way with this company.

After using this for about six months, I finally unplugged it and put it in the garage. It is much more trouble than it's worth. I have to scrape down the inside after my two cats use it to pee because the teeth do not scrape up the wet litter. Then I have to run it through a manual cycle. The guard that hangs down in front of the collection tray kept coming off. The red Styrofoam things on the inside kept coming out. Replacing them was disgusting because they were always wet. The step with the grid on it kept getting filled with urine, so I had to constantly take it outside and hose it down. The blue "Ultraviolet" light did nothing to control the smell. Finally, the teeth started to break, I would find them in the collection pan. Over time , it got increasingly louder. This was a terrible waste of money. I really expected it to be almost maintenance free, and that is definitely not the case.

I bought this cat litter tray with all the expectations of its solving my scooping poo‘s for my cat fortunately the machine malfunction the door wouldn’t close and therefore it couldn’t scoop and to be honest with you I still had to scoop because the rake doesn’t go lower enough to scoop right to the bottom of the litter anyway fortunately, I bought this malfunctioning litter box through Amazon which was a blessing because they had to refund and I haven’t quite got my money back yet but it’s in the pipeline. I also had to pay £45.58 return delivery costs they give you a post office label which you have to pay the postage but unfortunately this item is too big to send through the post office. I used parcel heroes and they were marvellous. I gave them a five star review. Do I recommend this automatic litter tray? And would I buy another one? I’m just hoping that the one that I’ve got left lasts a little while when it does decide to malfunction I also bought it through Amazon and hopefully it will give me some rights into recuperating my money. I hope you find this review helpful and go buy another one, not this one
