The Versace bracelet is gorgeous. I love that it came with a cloth to clean the brass. Shipping was quick. I had a great experience through Editorialist site.

Laila was great. She took care of my issue quickly and followed up to make sure it was resolved. Edit (5/22): Unfortunately, I still have not received my refund, despite returning the shoes over a month ago. I was initially told it would take 5–10 business days, then told the same thing again after a supposed issue was fixed — but nothing has come through. I’ve followed up multiple times and have mostly received vague responses. The refund process has been incredibly disappointing, and I hope it gets resolved soon.

This website is fabulous... I could not find a pair of jeans that were sold out EVERYWHERE. They found them and got them for me for 60 percent off as a surprize after I paid but wait, the jeans were sooo good when they arrived, I went back to get another pair and AGaIN, I was surprized by an email after I ordered that gave me 60 percent !! SO happy -- Soooo Impressed....

After I made a purchase, I was put on “awaiting confirmation” and told they are working on fulfilling my order. Meanwhile the next day on the website, they have the same piece for significantly more money. I’m then told they are working on my order for the next 5 days resulting in my order being cancelled. That’s not trustworthy when you are already trying to sell it for more the next day, while I wait for you to do nothing. I paid the price you posted, regardless I’m sure you have some huckster terms and conditions that absolves you of any wrong doing. What happened to the trust and character of your company? That’s not the actions of a stand up business.

I scoured the Internet looking for one particular pair of shoes in one particular size. I was just about ready to give up when I stumbled upon Editorialist! They had the exact shoe, in the exact size, and at a better price than any of the other places who had the shoes, but not the size. The search was over!!! Communication was outstanding, payment was easy, and shipping was fast! I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Editorialist and will definitely keep them at the top of my list for any future needs!
