Hi denise duister, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about the disappointment this has caused you and your son. We understand how special this bike is to him, and this is certainly not the experience we want for our riders. Based on your description, the issue with the throttle when turning the handlebars sounds like a loose or pinched wiring connection, which can be quickly diagnosed and fixed. To help us prioritize your request and send any necessary replacement parts under warranty, could you please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and checkout name? Our team will make sure your case is handled with priority so your son can enjoy riding his bike safely again soon. Warm regards, DYU Customer Care Team
