DYUReviews of dyucycle.com

Amazingly fast deliver. Great customer service, prompt responses to questions prior to purchase, and very efficient purchase experience. Extremely, well packaged with all of the components very well wrapped and protected. Very sturdy bike when assembled. Lights both front and back are really bright and easy to switch on and off. Additional reflectors are on the wheel rims. Controls are easily accessible on the handle bars and the hand grips are wrapped and very comfortable. Great bike and a really easy and run ride.

Ordered bike not arrived.Delivery company DHL have told me to contact seller, whom are ghosting me!!£500 out of pocket,I ordered direct from this company even though this bike is £100 cheaper on Ebay, thinking I would get good customer service.Anyone thinking of purchasing one of there products,go on Ebay it's cheaper and better customer service.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dyucycle. The bike does not meet expectations at all. The battery drains extremely fast, making it unreliable for daily use. On top of that, the brakes barely function, which raises serious safety concerns. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper support from Dyucycle. Getting help has been slow and unhelpful, leaving issues unresolved. Overall, I would not recommend Dyucycle based on my experience.

For now, all went well with your customer service. Looking forward to get the delivery of the components my e-bike needs. Hoping to get it running again. Negative is how short durability time those parts have. The bike has been used only about 400-500km.🙄

Bike arrived in 2 working days.

You have been informative and responsive to me about my order

I ordered one of their bikes. I am not able to ride the bike up a small drive way when the electric is off and when the electric is on and fully charged it has so little power I am wobbling about and going at a snails pace. I have communicated with them and they suggested I pay £200 to return the faulty bike and when i said i shouldn't have to pay that for a faulty product they said maybe i should resell it. Bare in mind i also used worry free return cover that i paid extra for.

When I encountered an issue and reached out to customer support, they helped me resolve it. I am truly grateful."
