I’ve ordered from Dossier a few times and have never had any issues. The last order i placed was supposed to come with a sample. It didn’t. I wasn’t to upset or bothered by it. And wasn’t even going to mention it. But i received a email asking how i like the sample. So i responded by simply letting them know it never arrived. With in minutes of me sending that i received a response. We spoke back and forth for about a day and then they investigated and came back with a more than suitable response! Great product and great customer service!

To be honest, I went through some difficulties during my first time purchasing from dossier last year and I promise to not come back to buying perfume from them again, I was over charged after purchasing and they removed money from my account which I wasn't know that's how it works. But when I spoke with one of dossier representative, he made me understand how it works but my money was not returned that's why I made the decision to not buying from them again. But now one of their perfume seems to be my favorite and I have no choice but to come back and buy from dossier. I want to give 3 stars 🌟 but I wasn't allowed, I mistakenly click on 4 stars

I’ve been ordering from Dossier for several months now and I have nothing but great things to say about it! The fragrances are amazing and long lasting, shipping comes in relatively quickly, and the customer service is amazing. I emailed you guys pretty late at night and honestly wasn’t expecting a response until the following day but got one in less than an hour. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and professional. Keep up the good work and thank you for being such a wonderful company. You’ll always have my business.

My family has been loyal customers for a few years and have been extremely happy with pricing and everything else regarding Dossier Canada. I made an error on my last order and re-ordered a scent in error times 3 - after contacting customer service they were extremely quick to respond and more than accomodating considering it was, in reality, my error. They are accepting the refund of the incorrect order and I have now ordered the correct scent Spicy Orchid which is both my mothers and my favorite scent. Customer service 1000% lovely.

I ordered 7 different fragrances and I can say I liked them all, except for two that are too sickly-sweet. They have great staying power and an excellent scent. I will buy them again when I run out. Thanks for the excellent promotions."

Très belle découverte, aussi bien pour la qualité des parfums que pour le service client. J’ai commandé 4 parfums et j’ai été vraiment satisfait de la qualité globale des produits reçus. L’un d’eux ne correspondait simplement pas tout à fait à mes goûts, car je l’ai trouvé un peu trop féminin pour moi, même s’il était bien indiqué comme unisexe. Ce n’est donc pas une critique du parfum en lui-même, mais plutôt une question de préférence personnelle. J’ai contacté le service client à ce sujet et j’ai été agréablement surpris par leur réactivité, leur écoute et leur professionnalisme. Ils ont pris le temps de me répondre rapidement et de m’apporter une solution très correcte. C’est rare de voir une marque aussi attentive à ses clients. Cette expérience m’a vraiment donné confiance et me donne envie de recommander chez eux à l’avenir. Excellente qualité de produits, service client au top, je recommande sans hésiter.

My order arrived securely packaged but I tested them out and didn’t like any of them the tantalizing red gave me a stomach ache the customer service was good and gave me a return label for that one they were so helpful with all my questions too
