I signed up to receive 3 free samples (I paid S&H). I received 3 sample cards with one of the vials of perfume I requested missing. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement (this was great!). However, one of my vials leaked out of the spray-tip while it was laying on its side. The plus side is that my work area where it was and is still laying smell GREAT! I LOVE all the scents I received!

Dossier has quality perfumes and affordable prices. I recently had an issue with their new shipping service and I seriously thought my 4 packages were lost. Working in conjunction with them and the shipping service, all my packages arrived safely. They were ready to replace my bottles. That is real customer service. Thank you.

I love the scents. Have bought over 20 bottles. I’m addictive. They lasts hours and more, just like the real ones at a fraction of the price. The customer service really helped me when I sent 5 bottles to the wrong address. It took them minutes to straighten out my mistake. Thanks for making me feel and smell like a million dollars.
