Not only does Dossier have amazing scents, their membership program is absolutely legit with fabulous perks, but they also respond and address any issues immediately. I highly recommend them ... all their signature fragrances ;)

Natasha, reading your feedback, made our whole day! We are always here for you. Thanks for spreading the love! ✨

i had a problem with filling my address in, so i emailed them with the question if they can change it. i had contact with them about this issue and they responded to me with such kindness!!! the communication definitely was a 10/10 (just like the perfume ;)) About the perfume, it smells absolutely delicious. I didnt know what to expect, because usually i smell a perfume before buying it, but luckily this time it worked out well! I definitely recommend buying from dossier, not only because the perfume has a nice scent and is really affordable, but also because their communication is amazing!

We really appreciate your feedback, Maria! Thank you so much!
I currently have an absurdly large collection of Dossier perfumes that I love. Honestly they've got me hooked. Their dupes are spot on and their own Dossier creations are wonderful. Formulas work differently for everyone, but for me Dossier scents are incredibly long lasting. I got a sample of the name brand Valentino Born in Roma and while beautiful the scent barely lasted an hour. My Dossier dupe for it called Ambery Jasmine lasts all day(and is a fraction of the price of the name brand scent). I recently placed an order and forgot to add shipping protection and panicked. I contacted customer service and they replied within minutes and were able to cancel my order so I could place a new one with shipping protection. I love that they have a program where if you don't like a scent you can return it and its given to Give Back Box who give the perfumes to shelters for people in need. Dossier has a customer for life!
