I am in love with this company! As a perfume enthusiast, all of their dupes are spot on, and their customer service is phenomenal. Because of their commitment to quality and affordability, this is the only dupe company I will ever shop from. Due to all of these factors, I will remain a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

I love Dossier! Their fragrances and customer service are amazing. I’ve only had to contact customer service twice and both times they responded to my email within just MINUTES! Problem/question easily resolved/answered. I will continue to order from them with confidence many more times. I’m definitely a fan.

First and foremost, their perfumes felt premium. Everything from the packaging to the actual perfumes itself. I do have to say that two out of five perfumes felt like their alcohol contents were too high, but you literally can't complain at this amazing price point. Needless to say though, the refund policy is legit! I was able to easily refund the perfumes I didn't like. I ran into an issue with the shipping exceeding the weight limit, and was really worried since no internet forums had the same issue as me from dossier. So, I had to turn to customer support for help. To my delight, someone named Mike responded to me within 30 minutes of my email, and was able to resolve my issue without starting a back and forth email chain. I was incredibly impressed! It's not easy to have such a good return policy while maintaining a good customer support experience. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Great customer service by Andrew. My first time purchasing from Dossier and I love it. I bought 3 perfumes and one had a little leak upon arrival. I reached out and within minutes received a reply and a solution to my issue that I am very happy with. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The nozzle in one of the perfume bottles I received was slightly damaged, so I emailed Dossier, and not even an hour later, I received a response and was right away offered to either replace the bottle or give me a full refund. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and ensuring their customers’ are satisfied. I really appreciated it, and will continue to purchase from this company. The perfumes are top notch as well.

I had an issue with my first package not being delivered to the right place so I waited to do my review til I actually got the product. But the customer service was amazing! 10/10 just for them being so responsive and correcting the issue. Then I got the product and it is such a great dupe for what it says it will be. Will absolutely buy again.
