I have been buying Dossier Fragrances for over two years. I really like the products! All the perfumes I purchased smell amazing. In some instances I like them better than the originals. Also, when I had an issue with shipping Customer Service responded immediately and corrected the issue!!

One of my bottles was damaged, so I contacted customer service. They gave me the option of getting a free replacement or a refund, so I decided to get a refund. The customer service was incredible. The person who helped me name was Robert and he was very patient and kind. I’m definitely going to continue to get more perfumes from here.

Excellent communication and service! Even on a weekend and so fast. The perfumes I’ve bought so far have been incredible. The santal 33 from le labo was recreated so well and I’m so pleased. I love the woody sage as well and the amber sage of &&cking fabulous Tom ford recreation is also amazing. I just bought 5 more and so excited to see how these are! I did receive one perfume I didn’t like and the return and refund process was easy peasy. Dossier is an excellent company.
