First of all, I'm loving the new way to explore fragrances at a reasonable cost and with time to determine if it's right for me. That's a win/win. And when you need them, their customer service department is remarkable; friendly and responsive in a very timely manner.

After placing my first order with dossier I realized I bought the wrong version of the perfume I wanted. I sent and email to have the perfume change to the version I intended, and they quickly fix the issue before shipping, awesome and quick costumer service!!!!

I ordered from Dossier after seeing many positive reviews on YouTube. Although I never received my package due to the delivery company not sending me alerts upon delivery/someone stealing my package, Dossier was so quick to rectify the situation. What happened was completely out of their control, however, they refunded me and were so accommodating during the conversation. I will find a way to get my packages delivered so no one steals them because I am determined to support this company. 10/10 for fantastic customer service. Thank you so much, Dossier! ♥️

Love my new scent. Gucci Bloom is $300 and I paid less than $50. It smells like Bloom! Smelling good, feeling great! I’m so glad my granddaughter introduced me to Dossier!
