Love these guys I buy lots from them and continue to buy a lot more. The perfume is true to there scent just as the original one at the higher price . I’m completing a collection for myself and my hubby . And I buy as gift giving also my friends love them . And the points are a plus also . I only had two mishaps the sprayer would not work the perfume would come out around the silver top , but one email and a video and I got a replacement in no time at all same day shipping too , thanks to Ionut your the best customer service representative keep up the great work and make more scents thanks AV

I’ve had an awesome experience with Dossier. Unfortunately, the first perfume I received leaked and continued leaking when it’s not upright. However, Dossier was very prompt about sending a new bottle. They truly care for their customers and the experience they provide!

The support team gave me good suggestions and advice and went above and beyond getting me back on track with my purchase.

I contacted tech very late at night when I was excitedly filling out my profile, and had trouble adding my birthdate. They got back to me shortly after they opened (at 1am!) and solved the problem on their end, just like that! Besides everything else there is to love Dossier for, their fast, excellent customer service is yet another reason for me to continue to buy my fragrances from Dossier!

I love how fast and efficient the customer service team is Alex was amazing thank you again!

I've bought multiple perfumes from Dossier in the past few years and they have never disappointed! Every fragrance I have received has smelled exactly like the designer version and lasts just as long if not longer. Also, any time I have had any questions or concerns, reaching out to their customer service was very easy and not only did I hear back from them very quickly, but a positive solution was reached within an hour or two of my initial email.

This was my 2nd time ordering with Dossier as the 1st 3 scents I ordered a few months ago were AMAZING. This last order I also included 2 for my son's. Excited to receive them we rushed to the mail box and discovered 1 of the bottles had leaked and was almost gone. I reached out to Dossier help and within less than 24 hours I have a replacement bottle for my son on the way. My son also did not really like the scent I had chose for him and in my replies to Dossier I asked if the replacement could be a different scent and without hesitation (ordering the same priced bottle of course) they placed the replacement with the new scent. I am so impressed with the quick and caring response I received from Dossier Help!! That is what customer service looks like!!

Mark with customer service was so helpful! He was very patient and kind and with my situation I really appreciated everything he did!
