I love Dossier! I’ve ordered from them once before and absolutely loved each of my scents. I recently placed an order though and never actually received it. I reached out to the Dossier team and was put in contact with Mark. Mark walked me through all of the steps and assured me along the way that we would come up with a solution that worked for me. Within just a few days, Mark sent out a replacement order for me. The responsiveness and care that they show to their customers makes me trust them and the quality of the scents ensures that I’ll be back a million times over!

Larry was the customer service personnel who helped me out today! I’ve been shopping with Dossier for over 1 year at this point in time; Dossier’s shipping + delivery and communication is superb ^.^

I purchased several perfumes, some of which I didn't enjoy and wanted to return within the 30 day refund time. However, I soon realized that shipping them back myself for a return would be impossible because no shipping service will take flammable products such as perfumes, leaving me in a bind. With only a few days left on the 30 days, I emailed about my shipping issue and was promptly sent a response from Mark, kindly letting me know that I will be issued a refund regardless of the 30 day policy. Thank you so much for the lovely experience, Dossier team!

I bought 4 perfumes from dossier and decided to keep only 1. When I sent my return package, I totally forgot to add the return packing slip into the box last I had been instructed to. Yesterday, I saw that my package had been delivered to the return destination two days ago. After I realized that I didn’t add the slip into the box, I was convinced that I had lost my money and would not be refunded the full amount, I sent an email to the dossier help team last night at 5:15 pm and got a response this morning at 8:00 am. They are still committed to refunding me the full amount!! Someone named Soren helped me with my refund process and I am so thankful that the business honored their refund process despite my personal mistake. 1000000/10 recommend this company

The customer service is terrible. I ordered three perfumes. At the time I only opened the one I had never ordered before to smell it and I didn't like it so I returned it. No issues there. A few days later I went and opened up my Woody Sandalwood which I have ordered in the past and it was bright pee yellow. It's always been clear when I order it. I put some on my wrist and it BURNED. There is clearly something wrong with this particular batch. Reached out to customer service with photos and they said they can't offer a refund or return due to the fact that I already returned one perfume from that order. So now I'm out almost $50 for a perfume that has clearly oxidized and is going in the trash. I'll never be ordering from here again. You're better off just buying the real deal versions just for the customer service alone.

I placed an order with Dossier as usual. This time the USPS misdelivered my package. I was devastated to say the least. I reached out to USPS, they were of no help! I reached out to Dossier & they made it right for me!! They replaced my order! I have been a loyal customer for over a year & I will continue! The fragrances are amazing! I absolutely love them!!

Waste of your time/money, Scam

Amazing company, amazing customer service! I returned/exchanged my original order and the process was easy to follow with a very quick turn around with them sending out the exchange. I ran into an issue with my local post office not delivering my new package and after I few days of being in contact with USPS I reached out to Dossier about the issue. Extremely professional and quick responses to help navigate the problem. I provided them with the necessary information to process on their end and within hours the issue was on its way to being resolved! On another note, my local Walmart carries a few Dossier perfumes and I have been able to try ‘Woody Sage’. Definitely would recommend!
