I wasn't expecting such fast service during the weekend. In about only 1hr, it was all fixed. Super quick, courteous and professional. I asked for help a couple of times now, every single times, the service is spot on! Thank you so much Mike!

I have LOVED everything I have received from this company! I just had my first delivery error in which a bottle was leaking and within MINUTES of my email I had a tracking number for the new bottle they had headed my way! Amazing customer service on top of stellar products! 🔥🔥🔥

I put the wrong shipping address for my order, and I was so worried it wouldn't be possible to change it. I sent an email asking for assistance, and within a few hours Oana replied letting me know she had changed the address to my actual shipping address. Very satisfied with the interaction; she went above and beyond

Really good perfumes! I’ve ordered a couple so far and I haven’t been disappointed. When my package wasn’t delivered after the delivery company said so they immediately tried to help me. Thankfully I got my package after the delivery company figured out their mistake. Very nice customer service and good products.

I have ordered from Dossier in the past, their scents, pricing, commitment to the Earth, cruelty free products and overall business ethos makes them a no-brainer to shop with. This past order I was sent the incorrect scent on accident, so I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with an apology and resolution, which is NOT something commonplace anymore. Thank you, Dossier!

My package got lost in the mail and Dossier was incredibly helpful! They helped me file a claim with the post office and then sent me my order again free of charge. Their customer service team was very kind and quick to respond

The system has some glitches. But if you email them independently, they are quick to assist. I like one on one help.
