Absolutely lovely experience and fragrances. Customer service is exemplary. I thought my package was stolen and Sorin and Alex attended to my concern in a prompt and warm manner. Luckily my delivery was at the business office of my apartment complex. Woody Sandalwood and Woody Saffron are sensational and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Dossier for your keen nose and lovely customer service. You have a customer for life.

This company is the real deal ! As someone who usually spends hundreds on fragrance to get the same quality at Dossiers prices is both refreshing and unmatched

I accidentally bought that wrong perfume with my order, and I didn’t realize until the next day! I contacted their website, and the Route app, but I found messaging the Instagram page to be more effective. Within 30 minutes of submitting everything to each platform (which really only took about 5 minutes), they corrected my order before it was shipped out! They were so helpful!!! I just ordered it so I’m still waiting for arrival of the package, but I’m even more excited than I was already! Can’t Wait!!!
