I received my first order with the Dossier membership and loved it! My package was damaged in transit, so I was missing one item, however the customer service team took care of my issue quickly! I get so many compliments wearing these! Top tier dupes, can't even tell the difference!

Nothing is perfect, but I love a brand who does its best to make a customer feel heard and valued however they can!! That’s what Dossier does. They helped assist me quickly, kindly and with genuine care, which is something that is so rare to find these days, and which is why I will forever be a fan and a loyal customer!

Although my parcel was returned without notice to dossier, I was able to seek help from their support team and they promptly provided me with a solution. The resent parcel hasn’t reached me yet, nevertheless I think it’s safe to say thatI am satisfied with the overall shopping experience I had with dossier. Can’t wait to use the perfumes! <3

After placing my order with Dossier for mens Citrus Marine and Citrus Ginger there was an error in their order confirmation. Customer Service immediately responded to my email request for help correcting my order. The correction was quickly made and my order was delivered as quickly. Dossier followed up and followed through, communicating with me all along the way. I've come to love their men's cologne's and now their service too!! 🌟

The fragrances are great, but I made the mistake of signing up for Dossier+ because even tho I canceled it in May before the August renewal date... they continue to charge me $39 ever month on the 27th!

UPDATE: I cannot smell it on my clothes from the day before unlike the actual marc Jacobs perfect perfume. You will have to spray a bit to have it on you all day or spray it throughout the day. Smells amazing though. Great product and the floral smells AMAZING! Just got it today so I can't say how long it lasts on you but I've had it on for an hr now and can still smell it. Great customer service and extremely fast responses! Shipping sucks! Left my package in the rain and it was completely soaked but didn't mess up the product itself.
