The customer service was great! Everyone who was on the team that emailed me would always get right on top of the email and sent me an answer and they were very very nice about it and I know I can be a pest. LOL I will definitely be buying more perfume in the future and I have tell a few friends about it so hopefully they will join as well.

I wanted to change my order after I placed it. I emailed dossier customer service and they got back to me within 20 minutes and had my adjustment complete and resolved with a few hours. I have never had such kind and fast customer service!!!! I highly recommend this company

Getting Dossier to deliver the items that l paid for is like getting blood out of a stone. They over-extend their inventory to guarantee that they reach the highest possible profit margin. Then they tell me, after many many back and forth emails to their AI, that an item is out of stock. With a sad-face emoji!!! This is insulting and such a cheap ruse that has been in existence for eons. They appear to think themselves pretty savvy. Cheap and nasty is what l would say….l am yet to see my order and have emailed them daily. I resorted to daily emails because all their responses were from a Bot. Utterly disgraceful and blatantly dishonest. And an insult to the collective intelligence of their purchasing audience. The very people they owe their existence to, us, the public. I have reached out to them every day for the past 5 days. Their response is AI initiated as it is on this platform. They encourage me to reach out but to date the have not fulfilled my order. Their response to my review is pure pageantry…..which makes this even more distressing.

There was a mixup in my delivery but I chatted with support over Whatsapp and they got it sorted within 10 minutes!! super helpful.

Not only do they have amazing perfumes (I have 15 of them, with 2 more on the way) their customer service is incredible... I forgot to add a free sample to my order, and they were able to add it afterwards... They are so nice and accommodating! I will forever continue to order from them! (Update: they are still amazing!!! I just got 6 more bottles and love every single on of them!!!)

I've had a membership for almost 2 years I think. I've had 3 issues total and each one was resolved immediately. The fragrance are about 95-97% accurate to the brand which is impressive considering the brands. If I had a complaint it would be that I wish there was something that showed what I've already purchased without having to scan previous orders. I think my last order had one or two previously purchased fragrances.

There was a shipping issue but they corrected that quickly. The scents definitely last- but I’m still looking for “the one”. I like a clean soap-like scent- any suggestions?
