Gourmand Orange blossom has become my favorite ladies perfume. While I find La vie est belle priced beyond my comfort Zone too give as as gifts I find this one just as good at a fraction of the price. I will be purchasing again in near future.

Not only are the fragrances top notch, the customer service is superb. I placed an order and realized seconds later that I had used the wrong shipping address. I messaged them and they promptly amended the shipping address. Zero hassle.

i got two fragances and a candle. both perfumes are amazing' i specially loved floral lavender. the candle also smells great, it came broken but customer service was great and replaced the damaged item as fast as they could. really recommend getting yourself everything!!

My experience with Dossier exceeded my expectations. I ordered a package that was unfortunately stolen, but the investigation process was handled professionally and with genuine understanding of my situation. Their customer service team was responsive, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. They sent a replacement within the timeframe outlined in their policy, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their excellent customer service and commitment to resolving issues promptly.

Great fragrance with a pleasant scent. I also received free samples, which was a nice bonus. Customer support is responsive and resolves any issues quickly. Overall, a very positive experience!

I've always loved this company ever since I found it. And this issue from Earlier this year did take a while to get a response via email, but finding the msg via whatsapp option made the process supper quick. Better late than never. Love it!! Will be restocking all my perfumes soon. 🙂🙂😊😊.
