Starting out, I was a little apprehensive that I would get any solution to my issue by emailing customer service. Turns out, the process couldn't have gone any better. So happy with the company and the level of efficiency in addressing my situation.

My package was left outside of the locker that UNI UNI could have put inside. So naturally it was stolen. Dossier’s customer service team was so extremely helpful of providing a replacement sent out.
