Great fragrances at great prices with smooth, easy, no questions asked free returns! They don't do samples but allow you to buy whole bottles of fragrance and return them for free if you don't like them. I've gotten some great, long lasting fragrances and some I haven't cared for and they took them back with no hesitation and made prompt refunds. Always polite and prompt with their communication.

I've always had a wonderful experience with Dossier products and have always recommended them to friends/family when they ask about/compliment my scents but after having the first hiccup with receiving my recent order of Dossier products in the mail they stepped up almost immediately and helped me through the process quickly and efficiently and made sure I was happy with the outcome very fast and pleasantly. I will continue to be a lifelong customer and recommend them to everyone I know! You won't regret trusting them with your business.

First, I love all the Dossier perfumes. The scents are out of this world amazing, the packaging is gorgeous, and the perfumes are fantastic. Really though, it's customer service where Dossier shines. I had a small problem with the wrong perfume coming in the right box, and they responded within 30 seconds. I've got the correct perfume on the way, and they've worked with the warehouse to keep this problem from happening again. The staff are amazing, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE!

I love Dossier products either way, I find the bottles very practical and easy to store and I love the magnetic lid. The scents themselves are long lasting and high quality. What I wanted to mention today was the outstanding customer service. My order got the wrong address cached in it and I contacted dossier by replying to my confirmation email to fix it. They it fixed literally less than 2 minutes after I sent the email. I’ve never had such good customer service. Truly 1000%

Not only does this company sell amazing perfumes, their customer service is out of this world. For some reason, 🤔 I accidentally opted in to Dossier Plus. I also had a credit or refund for about $34, which was the difference of the lower priced exchanged perfumes. Everything was made right/by Robert. refunded the money to the credit card I use, rather than telling me I can't cancel the membership, and that I must use the money for a Dossier purchase

Forgot the apt number on my order and unfortunately my order was returned. Customer service offered me a refund or to simply just update the address. Took all of 5 minutes. Thanks Andrew!
