Let me tell you this…on my honest opinion dossier is one of the best, I have no issues with their original or their inspiration fragrances, they smell so great and let’s talk about the customer service,.. I had an issue which was my fault and believe me when I say that my problem was fixed in the flash, the same day and 2 minutes after when I contact them. Overall in my opinion they nailed it ❤️❤️❤️

I placed an order with Dossier and received notification that it arrived. But it actually didn’t! After taking a few steps in order to file a claim, they sent me a new order and it came within a few days. They were quick to resolve my issue! here is what i said ’ I just wanted to say thank you guys for your customer service and handling the situation♥️ i received my order from Fed Ex today and it was handed directly to me! This was my first time ordering from Dossier and i was disappointed at not receiving at first, but my disappointment was turned around because of your amazing customer service and solving the issue quickly by reordering my perfume. I am very satisfied and will continue to purchase from Dossier in the near future. “

These perfumes are excellent quality. However, I had a little snafu with the scent I received. I reached out via chat, and the company rep was able to take honest feedback and initiate a replacement right away. He was very professional (Andrew), and understanding. Any company with good customer service will still continue to get my business, even when a mistake is made. How they handle the mistake matters.

With this company is doing well is customer service and selling a worthy product. When an issue came up with the delivery of my products, a customer service representative named Ion was extremely helpful and patient with me and saw the problem through to the end. There are many companies that are just focused on selling the product and once they have your money, the customer service vanishes into the gray. This company did the right thing and I will continue using them because of that.

I love this perfume company so much. Ambrey saffron I have worn for a year favorite sent ever. I get so many compliments on this scent. I just ordered fruity brown sugar. Can’t wait to try this new scent. I also love the citrus green apple one.

Customer service was very nice and very helpful. My package had gotten stolen unfortunately, which is not dossiers fault at all, but Dossier was kind enough to give me a refund! They were very quick to respond about the issue. Overall great customer service!

Their perfumes are long-lasting without being too heavy and match their original inspirations. I started with Dossier since they were a very small business, and I have been getting all my perfumes from them.
