I have ben using the Dossier scents for several years and I am constantly complimented on my scents by not only women but men as well. I love the fact that the product is chemical free and last all day. The customer service and response time is very impressive as well. So, thank you Dossier Team, your Dossier Customer for life! Samara!! Sorry for the delay for I expected to be let down…now, it wasn’t all about the money but dealing with the functionality of what was promised! I walked away thinking I would be let down but you FOLLOWED THROUGH!! You are what good customer service is about! I processed my order using Apple Pay and selected my previous address by mistake. I immediately emailed customer service within the one hour grace period and they changed my shipping address promptly :)

The customer service is top tier. I notified Dossier about not receiving a discount on my puschase based on accumulated points, and within few hours, they refunded me that discounted price from their point system. I am very satisfied with the timeliness in which they responded to me.

Bought from them before, quailty merchandise at excellent prices. This review is about customer reps, not merchandise. Chat function works well, but forcing reps to use a script and not give them flexibility is very frustrating. I was asking to have the Dossier Plus subscription removed from my cart. The Cart made it appear as if there was no way to remove this $30 (technically $29)/month option. I wanted it removed before I checked out so that I wouldn't have to worry about canceling. The rep was obviously forced to go through a script as she didn't give any direct answers to my questions and even told me she had canceled a prior Dossier Plus subscription. When I repeated my prompt, she tried to give me instructions to take the membership off and it didn't work. She did resolve the issue by staying in the chat during my check-out and immediately removing the membership. But, it took us like 20 minutes to get to that point and I suggested that solution, not the rep. It should have been a 30-second fix instead. The rep herself was nice, and patient with me, but the complexity of removing something I didn't add or ask for was very annoying.
