I ordered 3 different scents, really not knowing what may work for me. I decided to keep one, but when I tried to return the other two on the website, it was in some sort of test stage and would not allow me to arrange the return. I emailed them, and heard back so quickly that they had already issued a refund for the 2 bottles I wanted to return, AND they told me to keep all of the scents as an apology for not being able to set up the returns on-line. I am super impressed by their costumer service, and the scent I did opt to keep smells great. (Ambery Saffron).

I had 2 perfumes I didn’t like the scent of. Dossier took them back and answered me the same same day when I had asked about returning. Great company - awesome scents and will forever wear their perfume. Their chats are great, Ion with customer service gets a 10 from me!!!!

Customer service from Robert was amazing! I didn’t know how to use my reward points and I got an email detailing every individual step I needed to take, as well as photos showing me how to. I have never had such a great customer service experience like I do with Dossier. And the perfumes are great!!!

The scents that I’ve bought from Dossier linger on your skin and clothes all day and night, so impressed with what I’ve bought. The return policy is so simple and pretty much done for you. The response time for someone responding was great. All my questions were answered within hours. So impressed. These perfumes are very high end but not a high end price.

Dossier.ca has the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. I recently purchased a bottle of perfume that I didn't like and reached out to them to inquire about how I could return it. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide return labels, but instead of leaving me high and dry, they went above and beyond to make things right. Dossier.ca refunded the full cost of the bottle and told me to keep it, which was an unexpected and amazing gesture. This kind of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. It is safe to say that I will be a forever customer of Dossier.ca. Thank you for your exceptional service!
