Customer Service is very quick and responsive. I've been buying from Dossier for a few years now. For the first time, I had a package that never arrived. They told me to wait a few days just in case, still no product so they offered to send me the same items again or to receive a full refund! I was so happy they were able to help. On top of that, their customer service is FAST, you can message them straight through the website, and every time it took less than 2 minutes for help to get to me.

They know what they doing and they are very quick with orders and responses

Amazing perfumes for a great price, and AMAZING Customer Service! I had an issue with my points and checkout they refunded my points amount within the hour of getting back to me, and they explained how to fix it for next time! Thank you Oana!

My package did not arrive when I received notification and reached out to Dossier. I received a response within minutes and directions how to file a claim. Within the hour they refunded my product, was very helpful and courteous.

Great perfumes that are highly scented and last a while. I sent one to my sister and it got lost. I reached out to Dossier for a replacement, so they said they could send her a replacement soon. She ended up finding the package so we told them nevermind. But I really appreciated the great customer service. I myself have 3 of their fragrances and I mix and match them to make new scents. I will be buying more for sure!

Customer service is awesome! I had 3 items that was returned and only received a credit for two, due to placing the third item tracking slip into the box because it was all going to the same location. I contact customer and with no issues they were able to verify the product was returned and refunded me back with no hesitation

I really need to take this opportunity to boast about Dossiers customer service. I made my first purchase through Dossier a few days ago and throughout the process of doing so, I unintentionally signed up for a monthly subscription. I frantically emailed Dossier and explained the situation and the reason I couldn't go through with the subscription (limited funds). A very lovely representative from Dossier got back to me immediately and assured me that my mistake was already reversed and to not stress a single bit. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, which is very rare in this day and age. Beyond impressed with the professionalism displayed by Dossiers customer service and I will absolutely be ordering more products in the near future! Thank you Dossier, for being amazing!!

I fell in love with the Ambery Saffron fragrance, every time I wear it I get the most amazing compliments! I have gone through 2 bottles of it, but the 3rd bottle just didn't quite smell the same. I reached out to customer service, they were great! I sent the bottle back and am waiting to receive my replacement. The only hard part, is living without it! Thank you Dossier! "Tudor"
