Great experience on the website, great customer service and amazing smelling perfumes. One arrived slightly damaged and was leaking and it was immediately replaced and the customer service rep who helped me was so apologetic and helpful.

I ordered two perfumes that just did not sit well on my skin, so contacted customer support to make sure I was doing the return for one and an exchange for another correctly, and they were so sweet and helpful! I then ended up having to handwrite my return label since not able to print the one provided and customer support made sure to confirm they saw that tracking number and I was all set! I appreciate the quick and pleasant support <3

I was experiencing issues with processing an exchange for two fragrances I purchased, as the website would not allow me to move past a certain point. I entered a chat with Mark, and he was very patient and helpful, by providing recommendations for an exchange to fit my liking based on his experience. It was an overall great experience speaking with him, and I most importantly got my label, which he did on my behalf. I am in guest services myself, and I must say Mark extended amazing customer service. Thank you!

I have purchased from them at least 3 times. The last time I ordered one on my perfumes completely lost it's scent after only a few months. All I could smell was alcohol. I'm really disappointed. I tried to contact the company twice and they didn't respond. It was my favorite too!
