The perfumes smell wonderful and are so affordable. On a recent order the bottle came damaged customer service was amazing,immediate responses and took care of the issue right away. So happy with Dossier 💙

I recently lost access to my email account. I reached out in the whats app to the customer service and they were so fast in responding but they also updated my account with my new email address. Thank you team foe the great customer service and can’t wait to receive my new order !

I’ve purchased a few of the perfumes from Dossier and all I can say is that they’re AMAZING, the smell stays long and they have plenty of choices. I recently got myself a AMBERY CEDARWOOD and I’m obsessed!!!!!

I placed an order with Dossier yesterday but forgot to update my shipping address from my previous apartment since we had just recently moved so, I emailed Dossier support requesting to cancel the order so that I could update my shipping address or modify the order so that the shipping address matched the billing address for the order and it was taken care of the following morning without delay. I would absolutely recommend if anyone is having any type of issue to reach out to Dossier’s support team, they are sure to do everything they can to assist you in a timely manner.

This was my very first time ordering from dossier and I I had shipping issues (usps rerouted my package in error). When my package derived the bottle was damaged. The dossier team jumped in and offered me options to help rectify my experience. Because of this, I would definitely recommend them because good customer service is so hard to find. It helps that the perfumes also smell divine!
