I have been using this company for a year now and I just love them! Their ingredients are top notch and I’m never left with headaches from their products the way I am with the name brand perfumes. I own 7 of their fragrances now and the scents are identical to the perfumes they were inspired by. Clean ingredients, fair pricing, and amazing customer service! I can’t rave enough!

I absolutely LOVE that I found this company. I receive so many complements on all the scents I wear. At these prices you have more flexibility with wearing different scents daily vs.committing to a designer perfume because you pay full price for a perfume. Only warning I have is be careful, it is addictive!

Dossier is a wonderful perfume company. There fragrances smell exactly like the high end perfume you would normally buy that's costs hundreds of dollars. Not only is Dossier great , but there customer service is off the chains and if anything is wrong with your order they'll help you find a solution, to make you the customer happy. 10/10 would HIGHLYY RECOMMEND!!!

I had ordered some scents and after about a month I never heard anything except that my order shipped. I reached out to customer service and they researched my order and found that somehow it got lost. Without hesitation they replaced my order and made sure I received all notices/tracking information I needed. I received my order.

Had a wonderful experience with Dossier customer service. I chose three products and was trying to check out. However I couldn't without checking a box that I understood my order was a subscription. I didn't want a subscription, just a one-time order. Customer service was quick to respond and helped me out.
