Dossier helped big time. My first order I put in the wrong address. I sent dossier an email and they fixed it for me immediately. They rock!!!

I placed my first order to Dossier and realized that one of my cart items was incorrect. I quickly sent them an email in hopes of getting someone’s attention before shipping. There was a typo in my address that I didn't notice until the package was unable to be delivered. I emailed dossier and Andrew was very quick to get the issue straightened out, resolved, and ready to ship again to the right address. This all took place within 15 minutes.

I placed an order with Dossier for several fragrances. Upon trying them out, there were a couple that just weren’t for me. The return process was simple and free. I requested to have a partial refund and another fragrance I loved sent to replace what I returned. Throughout the process of my return and the request for another fragrance, a mishap led to me never receiving the replacement fragrance. I reached out to the customer service team and they were so helpful!! Mark easily resolved the issue and exceeded my expectations of customer service! I highly recommend Dossier not just for the amazing fragrances they offer but for the customer experience!
