It is my first time buying these perfumes, but from now on I have an excellent impression. I made the wrong shipping address and customer service was really fast even though it was almost midnight. Thank you Dossier team. I am sure that I will receive quality products as well as their service.

What might have been a bad first experience turned into testimony to quality customer service and impeccable policy handling. My first package went missing, and I didn’t even know I purchased a package protection policy but a few days after the package was supposed to be delivered, I saw it wasn’t around and contacted the help center, who requested I ask my neighbors and wait an extra day or two in case it was misplaced. After 2 days I still didn’t find anything so I contacted help again and after filing a claim and waiting one more day, they initiated my refund. I appreciate the ease and integrity of the customer service team and I hope to actually try some of these out besides the one my ex used to wear, cus they sound amazing. I have a cart full right now, I’m just waiting for my next paycheck to pull the trigger

Perfumes and home fragrance are high quality and long lasting. Customer service is excellent! They processed a refund immediately when I didn't know how to apply some credits to my order and walked me through the steps so that I wouldn't make the same mistake next time.

I love Dossier! I heard about them from my colleague and decided to try them since they replicate nearly identical dupes of upper end perfumes, and ended up placing g 4 different orders. Their perfumes are very good, last long, and smell basically the same as original perfumes. I also appreciate their customer service. They are very attentive to customer's needs, respond pretty fast and prioritize their client. I will always be their loyal client.
