Dossier’s customer service team is OUTSTANDING! I have not had to return anything but have asked several questions as a new customer and have gotten replies within HOURS not days. Very friendly and the quality of their product is top notch. I will be looking to Dossier in the future for an affordable alternative to $300 bottles of perfume. Try Woody Sandalwood you won’t regret it ❤️

Received sample of perfume I really liked, but it wasn't vegan. Did Google search and found Dossier. Emailed a question and received a prompt, kind reply (& on a Sunday!) from Mike. Placed my order and looking forward to receiving it. (Have a feeling I'll then just have to get the candle!) :)

I’ve been using Dossier for over a year but today was the first day that I had to contact customer service. When I checked out I noticed that all of my information had auto corrected to my previous address and a set of numbers for my name. I was really worried because this order wasn’t for, but a birthday gift for my son. I immediately contacted them and Mike was able to correct the situation right then. I really appreciate their quick action.

I made the switch to dossier perfumes during my pregnancy 4 years ago. I wanted to nurse my son and decided to go as non-toxic as possible with everything. Us mom’s make a lot of sacrifices and I’m so happy I found Dossier so my love for perfume didn’t have to be one of them. It wasn’t until my most recent order that I reached out to customer service as I could get my points to apply. Andrew responded promptly and was very helpful. It’s so easy to support a brand that does everything right!
