From their actual products to their customer service! I LOOOOVE this company. So far i've gotten 4 perfumes and they smell like the originals. I needed to exchange one of the perfumes and Larry was very helpful.

I had an order that was split up for delivery and one item arrived solo but customer service responded quickly and let me know that the rest of my order was assured. And like they said the rest of my order arrived the next day. I've made 3 separate orders so far and not one has been a disappointment!

I wish all companies had customer service and quality policies like Dossier, I believe the world would be a better place. I ordered about 6 items, 3 of which I didn't like because they were blind buys. I started a return/exchange. Initially I wanted to receive two products as an exchange, but then decided I only wanted one. I sent an email indicating this cancellation but upon browsing their catalog, I decided I wanted to receive two in exchange again LMAOOO. I was able to chat with an associate, Tudor, and they were able to change my request almost immediately. The service I received was so kind, patient and understanding of my needs. They were then able to modify and indicate in the order notes to disregard my previous emails and they issued the refund and exchange right away. The exchange/return was free of charge, they even provided the return label! The scents themselves are nothing short of beautiful, only if you're a fragrance snob will you notice the subtleties but to the common nose these fragrances are a great bang for your buck. Not to mention the great customer service you will be provided for life is priceless!

Have loved the fragrances since I initially started buying them over a year ago. What has me most impressed was there response to a recent shipping mishap. I ordered a few new scents and was excited to receive them but my deliver seemed to be stuck somewhere. Dossier had one deliver date and the shipping company another. Long story short, I never received the package. I launched a conversation with customer services (Dossier) and the promptly made it right by giving me the option to have the order resent or get a refund. Your response, consideration and promptness has secured a customer for life. Thank you

Love their scents and their business model. Membership fees go toward future purchases and they have quick customer service. Definitely recommend

Fragrances align with popular brands with close resemblance. You can hardly tell the difference. I was asked multiple times by friends at a birthday part if I was wearing Le Labo, which I most certainly was. The packaging is very smart, and the bottles are small, great for travel, with a magnetic top to prevent any leaks or spills.
