They used to list all the fragrance ingredients. So, I bought some fragranced that I liked. Now, they just list a few, plus the same opaque term most fragrances use: “parfum.” So much for true transparency. Now, I wonder whether the fragrances I bought were accurately labeled. I question whether they were truly “nontoxic.”

I have tried every dupe perfumer known to man. Well, I found out about Dossier from Olivia Jade's Tiktok and found they have a dupe for J'Adore. When I tell you it literally smells exactly like it and it lasts on my skin, its INCREDIBLE. Thank you!

The team is thoughtful and beyond helpful with a personalized level of service seemingly forgotten in D2C offerings. Also the colognes and perfumes are spot on the same as much more expensive brands

I ordered 3 scents, which were highly rated. I have no idea how because two of them smelled nothing like the name brand. The third smells good but lasts less than an hour. I reached out for a refund on the two fragrances that smell nothing alike and was told that I was over the 30 day return period and they refuse to do anything to make it right. I see similar experiences from other customers. Stay away from this company and buy a real bottle…trust me. **Update: Despite their response below, I reached out to customer service and they refused to assist, wasting more of my time. Stay clear of this company.
